We are all about local produce. Our menu is created by utilising the excellent farmers, growers & fishmongers we have in and around our City. Showcasing high welfare locally reared meat, artisanal bakers and flavoursome fruit & vegetables from our local growers. All cooked over live-fire or slow smoked using sustainably sourced Sussex wood.
With minimal wastage always in mind, we ensure not to over stock. Do not be surprised if we run out of a dish here and there especially if meat & seafood is at stake.

Simple food with big flavours that work together. We won’t waste our time and your money with unnecessary garnish, everything on the plate should be eaten (other than any bones..)
